“I recently had an issue with a chair I had purchased from Best Furniture that required service to fix. Since it was my primary lounging chair I was anxious to get it back to my living room. I would like to go on record that I could not have been more pleased by the way everything was handled. In order to make the repair quickly, without waiting for factory parts to be delivered, they borrowed parts from another chair in their inventory. Carolynn was a delight to deal with. In this day and age when customer service seems to be a thing of the past, Best Furniture is really the BEST. 5 Stars all the way!!”

“When I received a high recommendation from a neighbor about her experience with Best Furniture Gallery, I decided to drive 20 miles south to visit the store. I was greeted by a lady who explained that they focus on quality American-made furniture. Carolynn, owner and decorator, soon approached me and asked what I was looking for and inquired about my decorating style. On the first visit, she was able to point me to a couch and chairs that I loved. When she came to my home, she helped me select fabrics and assured me that the size and arrangement of furniture would work. When I made subsequent visits, the sales staff was never pushy and even suggested how my pieces could be incorporated into the plan. Since I had priced furniture before my visit, I knew that the prices were reasonable and was delighted to find there were no hidden charges that were added at the end like other popular chain stores. “We happened upon Best Furniture Gallery after seeing an advertisement a couple years ago. Cannot believe we had not already been a part of the Best Furniture Gallery experience in the many years that we have done our furniture shopping in the Greater Cincinnati area. We could tell as soon as we entered the gallery that it is a family owned business as there were no sales stalkers pressuring us to “buy the deal of the day before the sale ends”. The furniture and accent pieces are displayed with pride and customers browsing through these showrooms are exposed to a wide variety of manufacturers and styles. In this day of hi-tech and non-personal communication, it is refreshing to see a company rank customer service as a high priority which definitely goes a long way in a potential buyer’s decision-making process. Our “go to” sales representative is Nilofer who very quickly caught on to our tastes, needs and wants. The nice finishing touch to all of this is that when the purchases are delivered, their delivery team has been trained to be respectful of our time, our property, and the items being delivered. (i.e. soft pads are attached to furniture leg bottoms to avoid wood floor scratches; hutch glass doors were cleaned on site, etc.).
